CYCLE 2023: Memory Course

Elderly

A new cycle of the course begins in which mental health in adults is the main target.

This brain stimulation program is based on cognitive reserve and neural plasticity. It´s aimed to improve mental performance through exercises and skill training.

Group tasks that are carried out promote better cognitive performance, they stimulate and reinforce attention, memory, language, reasoning, calculation, planning and mental organization.

After we retire and take away the pressures of work, we use a minimal percentage of neurons. There is scientific evidence that cognitive stimulation acts as a protective barrier that slows the development of cognitive impairment and dementia.

Working in groups will also improve mood, self-esteem and will enhance the consultation which contributes to the entire group.
